Explore cable structures and design. Learn the basics of surface pattern design while experimenting with a new vocabulary of cable structures and their variations. You'll be charting your own cable patterns and text knitting them. This class pairs very well with Thursday's "Innovative Cables" class, but it is not a prerequisite.
Cables with unusual constructions. Mastering a few new tricks opens up the possibilities for a myriad of new and unusual cables, knit with ribs, mini-cables and lace and more. You'll leave wanting to make up your cable variations.
